How do I determine the correct binding size for my boots?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page. Generally, sizes are categorized into Small, Medium, and Large, based on US men's and women's boot dimensions to ensure optimal heel-to-toe centering.
What is the standard shipping time for new orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while expedited options are available at checkout.
Does Union Binding offer a warranty on hardware?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on baseplates and heelcups. Other components like straps and buckles are covered under a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I return bindings if they don't fit my board?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the bindings are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that mounted bindings are considered used.
Are Union bindings compatible with all snowboard mounting systems?
Most of our bindings come with a universal disk compatible with 2x4, 4x4, and the Channel mounting systems. Specific 'Mini-Disk' models are designed for 2x4 and Channel systems only.
How do I maintain my bindings for longevity?
We recommend checking and tightening your mounting screws after the first few runs of the season and periodically thereafter. Rinse off road salt with fresh water if you transport your gear on a roof rack.
